1.4 Photos & Visual Documentation

  • Purpose: We may take photos as part of our service process for quality assurance, service verification, and, if necessary, insurance claims. Photos are optional and taken only when relevant to the service.
  • What We Avoid: We take care to avoid capturing personal or sensitive items, including faces, family portraits, diplomas or mail, safes, and medicine cabinets. If such items are unavoidable in proof-of-work photos, we crop or blur them. You may request at any time that no photos be taken in your home, and we will honor your request โ€” even during an active service.
  • Retention & Deletion: Routine photos are automatically deleted after 180 days. Photos related to disputes are retained until the matter is resolved, plus an additional 6 months. Upon your request, we will delete any photos within 48 hours and confirm deletion.
